M. Basketball. Men’s Hoops Game Notes For Oregon State Tilt Thursday At 6:30 p.m. MT

The men’s hoops team (16-8; 6-5) plays host to the Oregon State Beavers on Thursday at 6:30 p.m. MT. Tim Healey and Brad Nahra have the call for KTAR 620 AM from Wells Fargo Arena, where ASU is 24-6 (.800) the past two seasons.

W. Golf. No. 1 Women’s Golf Struggles During Opening Round of Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge

The Arizona State University women’s golf team got off to rough start at the Northrop Grumman Regional Challenge. The No. 1 Sun Devils, won the tournament last season, carded a 16-over 300 to finish the first round tied for seventh. They are currently 16 shots out of leader USC.

 

Baseball. Over the Plate With The Mate: #5

During the 2010 baseball season, lefthander Josh Spence will be writing about his life as a student-athlete who prepares for his final season of college baseball as well as graduating from Arizona State. Spence will check in periodically to write about school, baseball, life and other things.
